Ostabrauđ - Baked cheese on bread

Ostabrauđ - Baked cheese on bread

This is one of my favorite quick meals. Great if you need food you can munch on white reading or watching TV.
Ingredients:
For a light meal: 2 slices of bread per adult, or 1 per child.
For an appetizer, 1/2 slice of bread per person.
Cheese, sliced – enough to top all the bread slices
Butter, soft
Season All, paprika (sweet) or garlic salt

Optional toppings:
ham, pineapple rings, asparagus

Heat oven to 180°C (355°F). While the oven is heating up, prepare the bread:
Scrape butter over the bread slices – you just want slight a touch of butter on each slice. Top with optional toppings, if using. Top with cheese. Season with Season All, paprika or garlic salt. Arrange on a baking sheet and heat in the oven until the cheese melts and begins to blister. Serve hot. Nice with soup, or plain as an appetizer or light meal.
