I've had problems with every unit converter
I've tried to link to, so now I'm just going to give tables of
approximate equivalents. I've included the mathematical
formulas for those who want more precise conversions.
The difference between the U.S. and Imperial
(British) measuring systems is small, and cooking is not an art where a
few milliliters or grams more or less matter very much.
These approximates are based on the U.S. system.

Cup and spoon measures are not the same in the
U.S. and Britain, so here are the capacities of each, given in
milliliters. The difference is not so big when using the smaller units,
but becomes pronounced when using the bigger ones. Wherever I give
measures in cups and spoons, they are U.S. measures.
