Karfi - Perch

Redfish, Ocean Perch - Sebastes marinus
The lowly Perch, until 1930 thrown overboard as rubbish.
Now considered a delicacy, frozen or smoked. The fins of the Perch are very sharp and oily, and getting pricked by them usually means a boil, unless you cut open the head and rub the oil found there on the wound.
