Heilagfiski - Halibut

Halibut - Hippoglossus hippoglossus
The Halibut can be up to 2 metres long, about the same as Michael Jordan.
The name of the Halibut is derived from Holy and Butte (Flounder)
and the name originates from the Halibut being eaten on holy days.
The Icelandic Heilagfiski means the same thing, Holy Fish.
